Pumpkin Energy Bites
These seasonal pumpkin energy bites are a perfect snack to make for a busy week or holiday party. They are customizable and take 5 minutes or less to make!

Ingredients

rolled oats

cup
pumpkin puree
½
cup
peanut butter or nut butter of choice

cup
add-ins of your choice
(coconut flakes, ground flax seed, dried cranberries or raisins, chocolate chips, chia seeds, chopped nuts)

maple syrup or honey

tablespoon
pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until combined. Let mixture chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
After chilled, roll mixture into 1 inch balls using hands.
Store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
