drained

peanut butter*

lemon,
juiced or 2 tablespoons lemon juice

large clove garlic

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
salt

tablespoons
water,
plus more as needed
Additional spices or add-ins of choice
(½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, pinch of cayenne pepper, 2 roasted red peppers, fresh chopped parsley, etc)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If necessary, add more water to reach desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
*You can use Sunflower Seed Butter if you are nut-free.
