1/2cupshredded cheese of your choice(Use a vegan cheese to make this completely plant-based or choose other cheese options like mozzarella, cheddar, mexican blend, or parmesan)
1/2cupquick cooking vegetables of your choice, diced into 1/4″ pieces (zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, broccoli, corn, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, or a mixture)
1/4cupBeyond Steak(You can add it right from frozen onto the pizza)
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F by heating the basket with nothing in it for 2 minutes.
On the tortilla, evenly spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, then add shredded cheese, vegetables, and Beyond Steak on top. Gently press everything down to adhere.
Carefully add to preheated air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
Gently remove pizza with a large spatula and set on a cooling rack. Let cool for 2 minutes before cutting into fourths.
Repeat steps to make more tortilla pizzas.

Reheating Note: To reheat any leftovers, you can warm pizza in a preheated air fryer at 390°F for 2 minutes, let cool briefly, then enjoy. Leftover tortilla pizza can also be enjoyed cold.
