Stir all ingredients except the walnuts together in a medium sized bowl until everything is combined. Then, add in the walnuts and stir until walnuts are evenly coated.
Spread walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Bake at 250°F for 30-40 minutes, until golden and crisp. (Be sure to stir halfway through and periodically check on walnuts to ensure they don't burn.)
Take walnuts out of the oven and let cool completely before eating.
Store nuts in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
