often called mukimame*

brussels sprouts,
quartered

cup
parmesan cheese

tablespoon
oil of your choice
(olive oil, avocado oil, canola oil, coconut oil)

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Add mixture to the airfryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking, until slightly golden and crispy. Enjoy immediately.
