These healthy air fryer stuffed mushrooms are the easiest appetizer to make! You only need 4 ingredients and a few minutes of your time.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces baby bella or white button mushrooms, washed and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt spinach artichoke dip*
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees.
  • In a bowl, stir together spinach artichoke dip, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. Spoon a generous amount over mushroom caps. 
  • Add mushrooms upright to air fryer basket and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.  (Alternatively, if using an oven, cook for 10-12 minutes at 370 degrees.)
