Add diced tomatoes to a fine mesh strainer to drain excess liquid.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together drained diced tomatoes, basil, italian seasoning, and olive oil.
Spoon tomato mixture over toasted baguette slices. Top with more basil and a pinch of flakey sea salt.
Pear Bruschetta Instructions:
Top toasted baguette slices with canned pear slices.
Drizzle in honey then top with chopped walnuts.
Peach Bruschetta Instructions:
Spread toasted baguette slices with a thin layer of chevre or goat cheese.
Top with canned peach slices and basil.
Notes
