Cinnamon Apple Cider Mocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup no sugar added apple cider
  • 1/2 cup sparking water of your choice (Here, I'm using Richard's Rainwater!)

Instructions
 

  • Optional: Combine sugar and cinnamon on a small plate. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in a bit of apple cider, then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • To the same glass, add ice. Then, pour over maple syrup, apple cider, and Richard's Rainwater Sparking Water and stir together.
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice if desired.
