Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix fruit, maple syrup or honey, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon. Spread into baking dish.
In another bowl, stir together oats, flour, nuts, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, and salt. Add the coconut oil or butter and mix until crumbly.
