soaked in water at least 30 minutes before cooking

medium orange bell pepper,
cut into chunks

medium zucchini,
cut into 1 inch slices
1
small red onion,
cut into chunks

white whole mushrooms

package fully
cooked sausage of your choice,
cut into 1 inch pieces
(I like to use any flavor of Teton Waters Ranch sausages)

olive oil

Italian seasoning

garlic powder
Salt and pepper,

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium high heat (350 to 375ºF).
Alternate threading various vegetables and sausage between 4 skewers.
Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Generously brush olive oil mixture onto kabobs.
Add kabob skewers to grill and cook, turning occasionally until the vegetables and sausage start to brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to mix it up and use any other vegetables you like. Here are some ones to try:
