In the bottom of a mason jar or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, then half of the nut butter, and finally half of the fruit. Repeat this layering again with remaining yogurt, nut butter, and fruit.
*If you don’t have time to make my Quinoa Crunch Granola, you can also use chopped nuts or granola of your choice to put on top.If you are making this parfait ahead of time, layer all ingredients except for the granola. Seal the jar with the lid and store in the fridge for up to 4 days, depending on the ripeness of the fruit. Top with granola when ready to eat.
