This Easy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich is the perfect solution for those busy mornings when you’re craving something quick and satisfying. Plus, you get to personalize it with any bagel, cheese, greens, and sauce of your choice.
1large handfulleafy greens of your choice(spinach, arugula, sprouts, kale, or chard)
1tablespoonsauce of your choice(whipped cream cheese, chili crunch, mayonnaise, mustard, or hot sauce)

Instructions
Toast the bagel in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes or in a toaster until golden and crispy.
Cook the Egg Patty per the package instructions (either in the microwave, air fryer, toaster, or oven.)
On the bottom half of the toasted bagel, place a slice of cheese followed by the cooked Egg Patty.
Spread the mashed avocado over the Egg Patty, then layer over tomato slices and greens.
Spread your chosen condiment on the inside of the top half of the toasted bagel, then place over the greens and serve immediately.
Meal Prep Instructions:
