1large10-inch flour tortilla or whole wheat flour tortilla
1-2tablespoonssauce or spread of your choice (pesto, salsa, guacamole, hummus, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, lite salad dressing, etc.)
1/2cupvegetables of your choice (sliced peppers, spinach, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, etc.)
1/2cupcooked protein of your choice (chicken, bacon, lunch meat, pepperoni, prosciutto, eggs, beans, tofu, tempeh, etc.)
1/4cupcheese of your choice (cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, vegan cheese, etc.)

Start by cutting a slit from the center point of the tortilla down to the bottom edge of your tortilla.
First, evenly spoon sauce or spread on the lower left corner of the tortilla.
Next, add vegetables to the top left corner of the tortilla.
Then, add protein to the top right corner of the tortilla.
Finally, add cheese lower right corner of the tortilla.
Fold your tortilla: Start with the bottom left corner and fold it up over the top left, then fold it over the top right, and finally, fold it down over the bottom right.
Using a lightly greased panini press or pan, cook each side of the wrap for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. (If using an airfryer, spray each side of the wrap with cooking spray and air fry at 350 for about 4-6 minutes until golden brown.)
