The beloved #WrapHack videos have been trending across TikTok recently. And I am all for it! On social media, these wraps are referred to as TikTok Wraps, Wrap Hack, or Tortilla Hack. This easy wrap combines a delicious combination of ingredients like lean protein, vegetables, sauce, and cheese. These different ingredients are placed into four different corners of the tortilla which is then folded together, grilled, and enjoyed warm. It’s like an elegant and easy quesadilla.

How do I make these trending tortilla wraps?

This wrap hack is so easy to make and come out tasty every time. Follow this step-by-step guide for making your own healthy TikTok wrap.

  1. First, prepare your tortilla. Using a knife, cut a slit from the center point of the tortilla down to the bottom edge of your tortilla
  2. Then, add your ingredients into each corner. Don’t over stuff your tortilla or this will make folding more difficult and the ingredients will spill out the sides.
  3. Fold the tortilla one corner at a time. Watch the video below to see how this is done.
  4. Grill to golden brown perfection. You can use a panini maker, waffle press, air fryer, or just a pan and spatula. If using an air fryer, spray each side of the wrap with cooking spray and air fry at 350 for about 4-6 minutes.

What ingredients should I use to fill my Tiktok wraps?

I love these tortilla wraps because they are completely customizable. Like my other recipes, you can fill them with ingredients of your choice.

  • For the sauce or spread try: pesto, salsa, guacamole, hummus, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, lite salad dressing, or your favorite.
  • For the vegetables try: sliced peppers, spinach, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, or your favorite.
  • For the cooked protein try: chicken, bacon, lunch meat, pepperoni, prosciutto, eggs, beans, tofu, tempeh, or your favorite.
  • For the cheese try: cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, vegan cheese, or your favorite.

Create your own completely customizable Tiktok wrap hack! Featuring a delicious and healthy combination of lean protein, vegetables, sauce, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) flour tortilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons sauce or spread of your choice (pesto, salsa, guacamole, hummus, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, lite salad dressing, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup vegetables of your choice (sliced peppers, spinach, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup cooked protein of your choice (chicken, bacon, lunch meat, pepperoni, prosciutto, eggs, beans, tofu, tempeh, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of cheese of your choice (cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, vegan cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting a slit from the center point of the tortilla down to the bottom edge of your tortilla.
  2. First, evenly spoon sauce or spread on the lower left corner of the tortilla.
  3. Next, add vegetables to the top left corner of the tortilla.
  4. Then, add protein to the top right corner of the tortilla.
  5. Finally, add cheese lower right corner of the tortilla.
  6. Fold your tortilla: Start with the bottom left corner and fold it up over the top left, then fold it over the top right, and finally, fold it down over the bottom right.
  7. Using a lightly greased panini press or pan, cook each side of the wrap for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. (If using an airfryer, spray each side of the wrap with cooking spray and air fry at 350 for about 4-6 minutes until golden brown.)
