• Coconut water is a low-calorie beverage that naturally contains electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, and sodium.  Each brand may vary but one cup of coconut water generally contains 470 mg of potassium which is 10% of the daily recommended intake, and 19 mg of magnesium, which is about 5% of the daily value for adults. It's what makes this a low sugar electrolyte drink without the added syrups found in many store-brought options.
• Pomegranate juice is rich in antioxidants, specifically polyphenols like punicalagins, which may help reduce inflammation and support heart health. Research shows drinking pomegranate juice regularly can help lower blood pressure, which is great news for your heart. The biggest benefits were seen in the first two months, especially when people drank around a cup or less each day.

This DIY electrolyte drink is as easy as it gets:
