Ingredients you’ll need

  • Orange slice: Adds a citrusy aroma and flavor, and acts as  a colorful  garnish.
  • Sugar of your choice: Customize the sweetness to your liking, with options ranging from classic white sugar to coconut sugar or even a sugar-free alternative.
  • Sparkling water: There are tons of bubbly waters out there–feel free to use your favorite one.
  • Orange juice: You can squeeze fresh orange juice or save time and buy ready-to-go orange juice.
  • Pomegranate juice: The star of the recipe, offering a tart yet sweet flavor
  • Fresh herbs: Choose from rosemary, thyme, mint, or basil to add an aromatic element to the mocktail.

How to make it

Prep the glass

Line the rim of your cocktail glass with an orange slice, then dip in sugar to coat the rim beautifully.

Combine everything

Add ice to the glass, then pour over the sparkling water, orange juice, and pomegranate juice. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish and enjoy

Add a sprig of your chosen herb and an orange slice for garnish.

  • Herbs of your choice: Rosemary, thyme, mint, or basil. 
  • Sparkling water of your choice: La Croix, Bubly, Spindrift, Waterloo, etc.
