Flaxseed is the star of the show here. Ground flaxseed gives this mug recipe it’s muffin-like texture while still remaining gluten-free and low in carbohydrates. It’s also packed with healthy omega-3 fats and protein. Omega-3s have been shown to be beneficial for heart and brain health
